Reflection period
When purchasing a non-personalized product online, you generally have 14 days after receipt to indicate that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You then have 14 days to return the product. You can judge it as you would in a store.
Products with a name
Products that are made according to your specifications or are clearly personalized may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. This will be indicated before purchase. An error in the execution or a defect does not fall under this exception: your legal rights continue to apply.
Refund
In the event of a complete cancellation, the purchase price and the costs of standard forwarding will be refunded, no later than 14 days after your notification. The seller may wait until the product or proof of shipment has been received. Any return costs will be clearly stated before purchase.
Register a return
The return address, contact details, return costs and a model withdrawal form will be added before opening. No orders can be placed at this time.
Warranty and complaints
A product must meet what you can expect from it. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to an appropriate solution in accordance with the legal rules, even in the case of a personalized product. The final complaints procedure will follow before opening.
