1. The company
Kidslabel is een baby- en kindermerk van Kraamcadeau B.V., gevestigd aan de Vissenstraat 14 in Apeldoorn. De volledige bedrijfs- en contactgegevens staan op de pagina Company information.
2. Products and prices
All customer prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Any shipping costs and the cost of personalization must be clearly stated before completing an order. Images may differ slightly from the actual color due to screen settings.
3. Order and pay
The webshop is not yet open for orders. Adding a product to the shopping cart is not a purchase at this time. Payment methods, order confirmation and delivery times will be added before opening.
4. Personalization
Check the spelling of the chosen name carefully. The name display on the website is an impression, not a final embroidery test. For a future order, the chosen personalization and any additional costs must be confirmed before payment.
5. Cancellation and returns
For online purchases, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt applies to non-personalized products. The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized. This must be clearly indicated in advance. Read more about return.
6. Warranty and complaints
A product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it. This does not affect your legal rights in the event of a defect or error on the part of Kidslabel. The complaints procedure and contact options will be finalized before opening.
